  I made an appointment online, I came on time, but they were not able to receive me either on the date in question, or the next day - and blamed the booking system for messing things up. So in essence: bookings cannot be trusted.

  Was heel tevreden tot gisteren had een schimmel onder mijn vingernagels ben voor mijn afspraak met de eigenaresse gaan praten en dat is dik tegengevallen wou er alleen maar op wijzen dat er iets verkeerd gegaan was zie foto met de vraag of ze oms nieuwe producten hadden gebruikt en anders was er iets misgegaan met de hygiëne  was al bij de dokter en apothekers langsgeweest en die haden het over een schimmel en ontsteking maar mevrouw de eigenaresse bleef erbij dat zij gelijk had en dat er niks erg aan de hand was het was water dat onder de nagel was terechtgekomen en daardoor kwam dat ze zei er ook nog bij dat haar dat REGELMATIG overkwam ik laat al heb 25 jaar nagels zetten en dit is de eerste keer dat dit gebeurt.als ze nu gezegd had ok ik zal zeggen dat ze moeten hygiënischer zijn had ik mij daar kunnen in vinden maar ze begon tot drie keer terug haar standpunt te verdedigen dat water de oorzaak was en niet wat de dokters zegden dan is het voor mij duidelijk dat er nog van die dingen gebeurd zijn en ik ben vertrokken en ga nooit meer binnen. Mensen die niet willen leren van hun FOUTEN daar wil ik niet zijn. Ik lat iedereen zijn eigen conclusie trekken maar voor mij is het een uitgemaakte zaak nu naar iemand anders die de troep mag opruimen groetjes

  Great hair by Feri, listened to what I wanted and it was perfect. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be back to have my hair done again.

Disappointed with beautician, made an appointment but she did not turn up or let the salon know despite their attempts to contact her. Shame.

  I had my nails done here 2 times, and both times I came out with a professional set of nails + some cool simple nail art. The staff is super nice as well!
